Gulai Tempoyak......ermmmmmmmmm sedapnyer

dok cuti2 nie rsa cam nk masak gulai tempoyak jer.......
jom kta try tgk resepi, yg nie yang telah aku adaptasi dan mengikut kesenangan aku memasak.......hehehehe


bahan-bahanyer:-
2 batang Serai
1 ulas bawang putih
1 labu bawang merah
Cili (merah/cili padi) secukupnya
sedikit kunyit (serbuk/kunyit hidup)
1 ekor ikan patin putih / mana2 ikan potong
Taugeh besar ikut suka
1 biji timun (dipotong lebih kurang 5cm)
tempoyak secukup rasa
garam

Caranya :-
- Tumbuk bawang putih, bawang merah, kunyit hidup n cili hingga lumat/ blender ja pon leh....
- tumbuk sket serai
- tumis bahan td hingga naik bau, pastu masukkan air. (Tp klu nk rebus semua pon leh - kurang kolestro sketl)
- masukkan tempoyak secukupnya, lg byk, lg pekat sket.
- setelah mendidih masukkan timun n taugeh (klu nak ja, klu xsuka xyah boh pon xpa)
- agak2 dh empuk masukkan ikan n biar hingga ikan masak
- jangan lupa tambah garam secukup rasa n sedikit gula sebagai perasa(yg gula tu petua arwah abah)
- selesai.........


last2 rsa cam malas jer nk msak lak,
nk kuar ngan hubby g SP nk tgk tokwan hubby sakit, harini hubby xkeja, leh g melawat, sabtu ahad nie dia keja lak....huhuhuhu

So all of you out there, show us your MOST LOOK-ALIKE picture
(only 1 pic per kid pls... with no editing ya).
